What stores do you shop?
You can request us to shop at any store on the island of Oahu, as long as they’re open.

Where on Oahu do you deliver?
We deliver and run errands island wide. Our hourly rate applies while we travel outside of our main area (Downtown Honolulu to Hawaii Kai), but we’ll get you what you need.

Will I be charged if the items I specify are not available at the store?
If your items are not available at the store, you will only be charged the amount of time our Team Member shopped for your products. If you’d like, you can specify if you would like us to search for alternatives or to contact you for further instructions.

What if I want to tip my delivery person?
If you feel we’ve provided excellent service, and you’d like to leave a tip for our team members, you can do so by calling or texting us to add it to your credit card charge.

Can I schedule my deliveries?
Yes, you can schedule deliveries. Please call us to make arrangements.

How are temperature-sensitive groceries transported and monitored?
We take food safety seriously. We make sure that all items are stored in temperature-monitored, insulated bags and coolers with thermometers to make sure your groceries stay at the correct temperature while in transit from the store to you.

What if I’m unavailable to receive a delivery?
If you know you won’t be able to receive your delivery in person, let us know at the time you place an order that it’s OK to leave it with a neighbor, or that we are allowed to leave your delivery unattended at your door. We’ll take a photo and send it to you for confirmation. If you need to change your preference at the last minute, please call us at 808-518-6688.

How are payments handled?
Our En Route Operator will obtain your credit card number over the phone when you submit an errand request. There is a credit card surcharge of 3.4% to process a card. The merchant name on your credit card statement will appear as EN ROUTE. You may pay via ACH transfer if you have a valid card on file.

Can I Pay Cash, or with a Cashier’s Check or Money Order?
Due to the nature of our business and the current pandemic situation, we prefer credit card and ACH payments. However, with a valid credit card on file, we may accept checks on a case-by-case basis.

How are errand fees calculated?
Our fees are calculated by the hour, in 15-minute increments, with a minimum half-hour charge. For errands within Downtown Honolulu and Hawaii Kai, the time starts when your En Route Team Member arrives at the location of your first errand, and stops when they finish your task(s) or deliver your items to you.

Do you charge tax?
Yes, Hawaii State General Excise Tax for Oahu is added to all charges including purchases.
